Sam is the ultimate professional and just a great person overall! BEST WATER SYSTEM BY FAR!!! For years we had Culligan and my soft water system kept breaking down. Every time they came over to fix it, it cost over $200 bucks. Finally the motherboard completely broke down. It would randomly shut off during the... night and it was so LOUD too. UGH I hated it and was about to give up on soft water except I have very sensitive skin and soft water is really good for not only my skin but it makes my housecleaning a breeze because the hard water deposits don't build up.EVERYTHING is perfect and so much better with AAA. It's a perfect name for them too -- AAA, because it's THAT GREAT! I love my twin system and how effortlessly it runs, my water is just so smooth and silky and my skin doesn't itch anymore and is so soft. My bathrooms sparkle with soft water!!I just can't even express how much I love this system. It's beautiful to look at too, nice and small and compact and such EXCELLENT quality. I've been so happy with it that I called them back and had them replace my Culligan water purification system in our kitchen and now I have perfect, clean drinking water with clean ice too!! We have owned our water system since 2004 and couldn't be more pleased. Had one before and will have one after. The beauty of the system is that it doesn't use any house electricity. I feel so much better our family has cleaner drinking water! I have been considering getting a whole house water purification system and found Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. We had an appointment with Damian Fernandez. He was so nice and took the... time to make sure we understood how the water system works and answered all of our questions. I was also horrified that the water test showed that what we had been drinking barely met regulations.The installation only took one day to complete. Jessie was courteous and confirmed my preferences before installing the system. The tanks take up much less space in our garage than I thought. Then Jessie walked through how to turn it off and on as well as how to maintain it. In the end I'm very pleased with the service and product!Here are a few things to consider... laundry pods have too much detergent and will stain your clothes. After the system is installed you'll need much less detergent (money saver) for the washer and dishwasher. Also you'll need to decide where you want your untreated water faucet to be. I chose inside the garage with the treatment system but I wish I would've chosen the outside faucet so I can water my plants with that water. Also if you're like us with conserving water in this drought, keep in mind you can't use the grey water from the house in your yard or garden. The treated water is not good for plants. Your house plants need to be watered with the hard, untreated water.read more

What does the safe drinking water act say?

(table)The safe drinking water act requires many actions to protect drinking water and its sources. The law was amended in 1986 and 1996 and authorizes the US EPA to set national standards for drinking water that protect against both naturally-occurring and man-made contaminants that may be found in drinking water sources. Originally, the SDWA focused primarily on treatment as the means of providing safe drinking water but the 1996 amendments recognized the need for source water protection, training, funding, and public information. What is the best water to drink?

While you may have a preference for what is the best water to drink, generally, there’s no one type that promises greater health benefits than the others. Different types of water, each with their own pros & cons, include tap, mineral, spring, glacier, sparkling, distilled, purified, infused, and alkaline but, so long as the water you’re drinking is clean and safe, the main focus is to make sure that you stay hydrated and to ensure you’re drinking enough water on a regular basis.
