I recently purchased Water purifier and water conditioner from AAA systems and the customer service provided from start to end of the process is excellent.I placed a water test request online and within 24 hours, Dylin scheduled a time for initial visit and explained about various products. He is also available over the phone later on and patiently answered all the questions I asked.They listened to my requirements and suggested the correct products as per my usage. He was also knowledgeable and helped answer any questions related to the RO or Softner.I would like to give a big Thank You to Seth Stephenson who came to my home and introduced me to Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. A few weeks prior to calling Seth I had already committed to ECOWATER systems from COSTCO however since their installation was pushed to late June I had some time for more research.Thank goodness I did as my neighbor mentioned about the Kinetico Softner and RO from AAA Water Systems. My neighbor mentioned that they had their Kinetico softner and RO for 10 years and were still loving it. My main concerns were reliability, warranty, and the cost of maintenance. When Seth came and did his presentation he was very honest with me and knowledgeable. He was not trying to make a quick sell or steer me away from ECOWATER by bad mouthing them. However everything he explained seemed to have more PROs Vs. CONs when comparing it to the ECOWATER Systems.I was really impressed with Seths professionalism and how he eased all of my concerns with the maintenance and reliability of both the Kinetico Softner & RO. Since the install was complete I had a few minor issues but Seth was there for me checking up and making sure everything was being taken care of. He would call me regularly and even off work hours to handle the issues by placing calls and sending the right team members to fix the issues. With his dedicated service and how he treated me I would gladly recommend him and Kinetico by AAA Water Systems to all my family and friends.Seth really proved that he values his relationship with his customers and wants AAA waters to always live up to it’s high standards of service and reliability. He also filled up the salt reservoir for my soft water system and answered all of my questions about that system. Sam is the ultimate professional and just a great person overall! There’s not enough words that I can express to capture how well of a job he’s done for my home and family.In short, Sam had to work with myself and the builders of my home to address a knocking sound that had nothing to do my water filtration system (But was involved just to make sure everything was free and clear from the work performed during the water filtration install by AAA). A few weeks prior to calling Seth I had already committed to ECOWATER systems from COSTCO however since their installation was pushed to late June I had some time for more research.Thank goodness I did as my neighbor mentioned about the Kinetico Softner and RO from AAA Water Systems. My neighbor mentioned that they had their Kinetico softner and RO for 10 years and were still loving it. My main concerns were reliability, warranty, and the cost of maintenance. When Seth came and did his presentation he was very honest with me and knowledgeable. He was not trying to make a quick sell or steer me away from ECOWATER by bad mouthing them. However everything he explained seemed to have more PROs Vs. CONs when comparing it to the ECOWATER Systems.I was really impressed with Seths professionalism and how he eased all of my concerns with the maintenance and reliability of both the Kinetico Softner & RO. Since the install was complete I had a few minor issues but Seth was there for me checking up and making sure everything was being taken care of. Sam is the ultimate professional and just a great person overall! A water softener works by swapping calcium & magnesium ions with sodium ions. The swap eliminates hard water problems because sodium doesn’t leak out into pipes. The ion swap takes place within a compartment full of small resin beads. The negatively charged beads are bonded to positively charged sodium ions. As the water flows past the beads, the sodium ions swap places with the calcium and magnesium ions, which carry a stronger positive charge. Over several cycles, the calcium and magnesium replace all of the sodium in the beads, rendering the unit no longer ineffective. Water softener salt to the rescue! Frequency of salt refill really depends on your household’s water usage and the efficiency of the softener (Kinetico are extremely efficient). In an average household, a softener can go 2 to 4 months on a refill.
