I had a AAA Water Softener System installed in my home 31 years ago that I really never maintained and it lasted that long until it finally failed. So, I had a new water softener system with carbon filter installed by AAA. The reason I went with them again is because they have exceptional customer service and the system itself functions very well. 31 years later, the customer service is still exceptional and hasn't changed and the installation took less time than I had initially thought it would. Belmin Skender was the rep that came out initially to test my water and explain the process of the installation with me and the required maintenance so that the system will last a very long time. He was very communicative and responsive with me throughout the process. Chris Rubalcaba was the installer who showed up as scheduled and he answered all of my questions when I was home during the installation. I have a lot of faith in AAA as a company when it comes to water softeners and highly recommend them.
