Water Technician
We are looking for a Water Technician to install and service water softeners, reverse osmosis systems and other filtration equipment in Residential and Commercial area
Responsibilities
- Learn, navigate, and have a full comprehensive understanding of the company software systems (Service Titan, Google suite, etc.)
- Have a full understanding of all equipment sold and serviced by AAA Water Systems
- Inspect and verify products, materials and equipment before starting a job and after completion
- Produce timely and detailed service, installation, incident & change order reports
- Operate vehicles safely to company standards and in accordance to California driving laws
- Follow all company procedures and protocols
- Demonstrate proper care and safety handling of all company equipment
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with coworkers and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (Job site, vehicle, etc.) on a regular basis
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Park/Maintain company vehicle in safe locations and manner
Requirements
- Must be able to prioritize/complete multiple tasks in an efficient manner
- Must be able to follow digital, written & verbal instructions/SOPs
- Knowledge of UPC (Uniform Plumbing Code)
- Must be IT competent, with knowledge in computer applications and modern technology to include iPhones, iPads, Androids, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds & to crawl/trench
- 2+ years laborer/plumbing/service experience
- Punctual and committed to regular attendance
- Available to work over time and/or weekends
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
