We have had our Kinetico water softener system for a few months now, and we are very satisfied with the entire process. The sales rep, Al, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained everything well, in layman's terms, and patiently answered our many questions. At first there were a few hiccups with our installation, but once we notified Al, he quickly arranged for another team to came out and they resolved all of our issues.
We love the system because it is mechanical and does not involve complicated electronic controls. Our water consistently measures '0' ppm, which is a significant improvement considering our municipal water is rock hard. We highly recommend AAA Water Systems!
