We are beyond pleased with AAA Water Systems. Tony was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help us get the most amazing water. Our water tested so poorly I couldn’t even bathe my son with it. We were so desperate for a solution.Gerardo was our Installer. He arrived on time and was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We are enjoying every bath and every drink of water from our beautiful system. I have been a customer of Kinetico for over 23 years, so when it was time to update my old water softener system, I called AAA water systems.The sales rep came to my home, explained all the options in layman's terms. There were no hard sales tactics. He answered all my questions, including the ones I had after he left. He was very patient.The service tech, Scott, arrived as expected and immediately got to work on installing the new system. Upon completion, he explained all the parts, recommendations for maintenance and cleaned up his work space.Both representatives were courteous and professional.I would recommend Kinetico AAA water systems to anyone looking to have better tasting water from the tap.
