Gerardo was very professional on the install of the Kinetico Q850 Water Softener. He showed up on time at 8am and finished just before 4pm. He reviewed the area before hand and made a slight modification to the original planned route of the plumbing. At the end it worked out great for us and him. He cleaned up the area really well and showed us how to use the system.
