I was looking for a water softening/cleaning system for my house. Came across Kinetico and AAA Water Systems. Sanjay Narayan came over and explained everything in detail. He also made sure to show us how hard the water was in our house. After he... left, I had few more questions about the system and hard water in general which he kindly responded in timely manner and that too in detail. I was very impressed with the amount of time Sanjay spent explaining and ensuring that we were taken care of. And once, the system was installed in my house he got in touch with me and made sure everything went smoothly. He also made sure to come to my house and check the completed work and check the water (hardness). Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. AAA Water Systems installed a water softener for my home water system and reverse osmosis for drinking water. It is difficult to describe the difference the Kinetico System made over the system that was replaced.No more scaling and the shower water... feels great now.Our drinking water is incredible and we have all started drinking more water because of this. We have become addicted to good tasting water.Tony Soltani and his team also provide an annual service which is well worth it. AAA Water Systems is top shelf and I would highly recommend them! We have owned our water system since 2004 and couldn't be more pleased. Had one before and will have one after. The beauty of the system is that it doesn't use any house electricity. It operates on its own through mechanical means (amount of water... flow) to operate and regenerate. It is a very reliable system which has never broken down if 16 years! I recommend it completely.read more

I feel so much better our family has cleaner drinking water! I have been considering getting a whole house water purification system and found Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. We had an appointment with Damian Fernandez. He was so nice and took the... time to make sure we understood how the water system works and answered all of our questions. I was also horrified that the water test showed that what we had been drinking barely met regulations.The installation only took one day to complete. Jessie was courteous and confirmed my preferences before installing the system. The tanks take up much less space in our garage than I thought. Then Jessie walked through how to turn it off and on as well as how to maintain it. In the end I'm very pleased with the service and product!Here are a few things to consider... laundry pods have too much detergent and will stain your clothes. After the system is installed you'll need much less detergent (money saver) for the washer and dishwasher. Also you'll need to decide where you want your untreated water faucet to be. I chose inside the garage with the treatment system but I wish I would've chosen the outside faucet so I can water my plants with that water. Also if you're like us with conserving water in this drought, keep in mind you can't use the grey water from the house in your yard or garden. The treated water is not good for plants. Your house plants need to be watered with the hard, untreated water.read more

I just wanted to say how happy I am to be a customer of AAA water systems. Kinetico. They came out and serviced one of our water treatment units that was not working correctly. The rep came out and solved the problem with some great reasoning. ... She came up with a simple solution rather then creating a big deal. Today I got a call from the service manager to check how things went with the service call along with some tips for how to keep the equipment running smoothly. I must interject that they did not install the equipment but are pleased to service it. Other companies would most likely suggest to replace. Some day it will need to be replaced and I know they will provide me with good choices and and a smooth installation. Thank you AAAread more

Felix came to our house shortly after we requested a house visit through Kinetico website, and he performed the water test at our place and he answered all our questions about the system. BEST WATER SYSTEM BY FAR!!! For years we had Culligan and my soft water system kept breaking down. Every time they came over to fix it, it cost over $200 bucks. Finally the motherboard completely broke down. It would randomly shut off during the... night and it was so LOUD too. UGH I hated it and was about to give up on soft water except I have very sensitive skin and soft water is really good for not only my skin but it makes my housecleaning a breeze because the hard water deposits don't build up.EVERYTHING is perfect and so much better with AAA. It's a perfect name for them too -- AAA, because it's THAT GREAT! I love my twin system and how effortlessly it runs, my water is just so smooth and silky and my skin doesn't itch anymore and is so soft. My bathrooms sparkle with soft water!!I just can't even express how much I love this system. It's beautiful to look at too, nice and small and compact and such EXCELLENT quality. I've been so happy with it that I called them back and had them replace my Culligan water purification system in our kitchen and now I have perfect, clean drinking water with clean ice too!! Thank you so much, my. goodness the AAA staff and installers are all so nice and customer service is excellent. You can't get better than AAA Kinetico Water systems!!! Whether you already have a water softener or you are in need of one, you NEED to go with Kinetico. The customer service is ridiculously awesome. I am typically a “bargain shopper” when it comes to everything but my father-in-law recommended this... company and now I know why. First, they were so professional. Damian (who was fantastic and knowledgeable) showed up on time, called before he arrived, and wore a mask the entire time. He even put on little booties to cover his shoes. He never talked down to us or made us feel dumb for not knowing anything about water. Second, he scheduled the install right there and explained all the options for payment. Before he left he made sure we fully understood what we choose and why we chose it. Third, our install was awesome. The installer, Jesse, was also professional and told us everything we needed to know before he left. He even gave us some special scoops for our detergent because now we don’t have to use as much! I usually don’t leave reviews but this one NEEDED to be reviewed.read more

I wanted to wait at least a week of use of our new water softener from Kinetico. Thanks to MIKE and the installers SAM and ABLE (apologies if i misspelled your names.MIKE threw the sales pitch. We wanted quotes from Kinetico and another 'new'... type of water softener company. However for my wife and i, our factor was price and Kinetico was cheaper but also sold us on the operation system. Another main factor for me was the use of electricity/power for the unit. Kineticos unit does NOT need power. It uses the force of the water coming into your home to operate. It also does NOT drop water pressure in your house. Mike noted that the tech isnt old, it isnt new, but it just WORKS. Its bulletproof. After a week we can literally SEE and FEEL the difference.SAM and ABLE installed our unit within the day. They were so courteous and respectful and also efficient. They did such a clean install where the piping is subtly routed which i loved.Dont hesitate with these guys. Thank you!read more

Damian was awesome!!!!Had a slight mixup at first. Company sent us email and sent another to their rep. The company gave the rep the wrong phone number, so he could not get a hold of us to confirm appointment.All good! Damian contacted us and... told us what happened and even showed us the email, that his company sent, in error.He rescheduled to a time that was convenient for us and came out!He was awesome! Friendly yet very professional! Went above and beyond with all the questions we had!Did not try to sell us anything, let the system talk for itself!Purchased a new system as we had our current Kinetico system for over 30 years!!!
